Our team

High-level executive with over 20 years of international experience. Specialized in business development and financial management, he has held key roles such as Business Development Director at IKIS SL Ltd. and Deputy CEO at STF-VITA Ltd. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Holding BDZ EAD and Commercial Director at Sopharma Pharmaceuticals AD. With a strong academic background and proficiency in several languages, Todorov has led expansion projects, M&A activities, and market strategies across various global industries.

Electrical engineer graduated from the University of Federico II in Naples. With over three decades of experience in the railway sector, he started as an electric motor designer at Ansaldo Trasporti, advancing to become Director of the Business Unit Service at AnsaldoBreda, which had a turnover of 200 million euros in 2011. Since 2012, he has been the General Manager of Innofer srl. He has also held prominent managerial roles in various companies within the AnsaldoBreda group and in the UCRIFER association.

A Computer Engineer with 25 years of experience in the insurance sector in Latin America. He has contributed to major projects, supporting both the presales and operational teams for implementations at companies such as Grupo Nacional Provincial, Seguros el Potosí, Seguros Comercial América, Seguros Bital, General de Seguros, Aseguradora Nacional (SEGNA) in the Dominican Republic, and Seguros Constitución in the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Panama. His career has included managing and implementing complex IT solutions in the insurance industry, demonstrating strong expertise in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

An experienced lawyer with a solid background in managing investment funds and international legal compliance. His expertise spans various roles in the legal and compliance sectors, with a particular focus on anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT). Alessandro Scalzone combines strong legal acumen with a deep understanding of regulations, making him a valuable asset in managing legal and compliance functions within investment funds and financial institutions.

With a degree in Business Administration, I have been active in the mobility and railway engineering sector for over 20 years. I am one of the founders of Servizi Logistici, a cooperative specializing in the management and design of railway warehouses and logistics for Trenitalia. I was also a founding partner and director of INNOFER, one of the first companies dedicated to railway maintenance, including high-speed rail. Currently, I provide consultancy services to various companies in the sector.

Civil engineer with a long career in the insurance and business management sectors. He has held senior roles at various companies, including PROMOTORA VENTUARI HUMBOLDT, MAPFRE RE VENEZUELA, and GRUPO ASEGURADOR CONSOLIDADO. He has also worked in the dental sector with SIGMA DENTAL PLAN C.A. and SIGMA DENTAL AMERICA CORP. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and has computer skills with Microsoft Office.
